For many families, something clicks the moment they step onto our beautiful 40-acre campus. Visiting is your chance to explore our exceptional residential, academic, arts and athletics spaces, and experience Porter’s supportive community, strong academic program and vibrant student life.

We’re so excited to welcome you to our campus in Farmington, Connecticut! From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the connection, energy and vibrancy that define this community.

During your student-led tour, you’ll talk with faculty and members of our Admission Team, who will answer your questions and help you discover everything that Porter’s has to offer. You’ll also explore our historic campus, which features state-of-the-art labs, classrooms, and athletics and arts facilities. In addition to these specialized spaces, you’ll see housing, dining and communal areas that foster engagement and connection across the Porter’s community. And while you’re in town, you’ll have the chance to visit nearby cultural sites, shops, coffee houses, restaurants and more.

Once you’ve experienced our incredible campus and met the people who make our community so extraordinary, you’ll understand why Porter’s is a category of one.

Schedule Your Visit

To schedule your visit, please contact the Office of Admission at 860-409-3530 or [email protected]. You should plan to spend about two hours here. This will give you time to take a student-led campus tour and complete an interview with one of our admission officers.

Tours and informal chats are offered throughout the school year and over the summer. We offer official campus visits and interviews Monday through Friday, beginning in mid-September. Virtual visits are also available for students and families who live outside the region.
